I know this is old news by now but I just couldn’t resist. Don’t get me wrong. The glasses in the picture, all things being equal, ARE actually stylish but given recent past history? Not so much.
It amazes me that this eye-wear store would advertise these glasses in the first place. I know that merchants, in a failing economy, will do anything to attract sales and I know Sarah Palin was on the public stage, but that was back in November for Pete’s sake.
What I can’t understand is why this store is still displaying this sign. Are they really still selling lots of this style of glasses? Maybe they’re just trying to make a feeble attempt to show their resistance to the current administration. Whatever. They need to deal with it politely like we all had to deal with Monkey Boy for the past eight years.
